Israel has sought 2,300 Nepali workers for long-term caregiving roles in its care centers, with 60% women and 40% men to be selected. Applicants must be between 25 and 45 years old, meet specific physical qualifications, and possess at least a class 10 education along with relevant training in Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM), Community Medicine Assistant (CMA), or caregiving. Selected workers will receive a minimum monthly salary of approximately 5,881.50 Israeli currency, with additional benefits, and an initial contract of one year extendable up to five years.
