Five Rescued Alive From Flooded Laos Cave, Search Continues for Two

Rescuers in Laos have found five of the seven villagers trapped inside a flooded cave in the Saysomboun province alive. The villagers entered the cave last Wednesday searching for gold, but their exit route was blocked by a flash flood. Expert cave divers are continuing the search for the remaining two individuals, while the five rescued are being provided with food and medical attention before they can be safely brought out of the cave, a process expected to be challenging due to narrow tunnels.
