Wild Elephant Calf Found Dead in Sunsari After Getting Stuck in Mud
A wild elephant calf was discovered dead in the Gahane stream area of Barahakshetra Municipality-2, Sunsari, after becoming trapped in muddy water. Police Inspector Hemraj Oli stated the calf died Wednesday night while moving with its herd. The District Police Office, Sunsari, has launched an investigation into the incident.
