Janak Pariyar

Police in Kathmandu have arrested Janak Pariyar for allegedly threatening to set fire to monasteries and warning of a nationwide rebellion if equal rights are not granted. Pariyar, who claims Dalits face a hellish existence, was apprehended in Tokha for investigation.
