‘Election and voter list amendment bills’ to be tabled in HoR meeting today

A meeting of the House of Representatives is scheduled for Wednesday at 11:00 am. Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Sobita Gautam will seek permission to table two bills: the House of Representatives Members Election (First Amendment) Bill, 2083, and the Voter List (First Amendment) Bill, 2083. Discussions were also held on the principles and priorities of the Appropriation Bill for the upcoming fiscal year.
