Traffic Police Take Action Against 1,922 Drivers in Kathmandu Valley, Collect Rs. 1.97 Million in Revenue

Traffic police in the Kathmandu Valley took action against 1,922 drivers in the past 24 hours, collecting Rs. 1.97 million in revenue. Violations included drunk driving, ride-sharing, running red lights, speeding, and improper lane usage. Five drivers were taken into custody for driving under the influence of drugs. The traffic police are conducting special campaigns to enhance road safety and urged the public to report suspected impaired driving.
