Govt sets minimum support price for paddy for FY 2083/84

The government has set the minimum support price for coarse paddy at Rs. 3,660 per quintal and for medium-grade paddy at Rs. 3,860 per quintal for fiscal year 2083/84. The Cabinet also approved a response letter to the Government of China for the Chilime–Kerung cross-border electricity transmission line project and decided to make public the report on cooperative sector irregularities. Additionally, Mukesh Dangol was appointed as the new Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal.
