Nepal Police Arrest 2,319 Fugitive Offenders in May Operation

Nepal Police arrested 2,319 fugitive offenders nationwide in May, including those with outstanding sentences and those evading the law. The operation resulted in the execution of over 825 years of prison sentences and the collection of over Rs 215 million in fines. Additionally, 40 individuals involved in illegal arms cases were arrested, with 29 firearms and hundreds of rounds of ammunition recovered.
