Body recovered from Seti Gorge

A body was recovered from a gorge in the Seti River in Pokhara after a man, Mukesh Mahato, reportedly jumped into the river on the evening of May 24 and went missing. A rescue team from the Armed Police Force Nepal No. 24 Kalika Battalion, Kaski, was deployed for search operations. A specialized disaster response team eventually retrieved the body from a deep gorge using rope rescue techniques.
