Mechi-Mahakali national rescue drive: 120 rescued from streets

The Manavsewa Ashram has rescued two street persons from Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur as part of its Mechi-Mahakali National Rescue Journey. These individuals were taken to the Dhangadhi-based Manavsewa Ashram. The campaign, launched on May 11 from Mechi, has so far rescued 120 people with the goal of making Nepal a street people-free country. The initiative is supported by the Ani Chyoing Dolma Foundation and involves 26 volunteers.
