Police in Siraha have arrested Pabitra Narayan Yadav of Naraha Rural Municipality-3 for allegedly assaulting a 60-year-old Dalit woman. The incident occurred on May 10 after the woman's buffalo entered Yadav's paddy field. The woman filed a complaint for indecent behavior, leading to Yadav's arrest on May 23 after a warrant was obtained from the District Administration Office. Yadav is currently in police custody for interrogation.
