Police in Jhapa have arrested Gokarna Bhandari, 44, for allegedly murdering his wife Urmila Bhandari, 33, during a domestic dispute. Gokarna reportedly struck Urmila on the head with a bamboo stick, causing fatal injuries. The weapon has been recovered, and Gokarna is in custody at the District Police Office, Jhapa, for further investigation.
