President administers oath of office to newly appointed Chief Justice Sharma

President Ramchandra Paudel administered the oath of office and secrecy to newly appointed Chief Justice Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma. The Constitutional Council had nominated Sharma, and a parliamentary hearing unanimously endorsed him for the position. The ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Balendra Shah, Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal, and National Assembly Chairperson Narayan Prasad Dahal, among other dignitaries.
