The Manavsewa Ashram has rescued two street persons from Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur as part of its Mechi-Mahakali National Rescue Journey. These individuals were taken to the Dhangadhi-based Manavsewa Ashram. The campaign, launched on May 11 from Jhapa, has so far rescued 120 people with the aim of making Nepal a 'street people free country'.
