Person absconding after banking offense held

The Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Bureau (CIB) has arrested Pranab Lal Singh, 53, a resident of Kathmandu Metropolis-22, who was absconding after committing a banking offense. Singh was apprehended in Chhauni, Kathmandu, based on an arrest warrant, and further investigation is underway.
