Authorities in Kathmandu have arrested Pranab Lal Singh, who was absconding after allegedly committing a banking offense, with an arrest warrant previously issued against him. Meanwhile, in Kanchanpur, hotel owner Govinda Chand was attacked by a group of individuals at his establishment, and an investigation is underway.

Police apprehended Ajit Shrestha at Tribhuvan International Airport with 37 Nepali passports, intending to get Romanian visas stamped on them before traveling to Delhi. Spokesperson Rajkumar Silwal stated Shrestha was taken into custody while attempting to depart on a Nepal Airlines flight without official authorization.
