Five senior officers of the Armed Police have been recommended for promotion. The promotion committee, chaired by Home Ministry Secretary राजकुमार श्रेष्ठ, recommended SP Rajendra Khadka for promotion to Armed Police Deputy Inspector General (DIG) and SP Sanjay Bhattarai for promotion to Armed Police Senior Superintendent. Recommendations were made for vacant posts created by the promotion of Anjanikumar Pokharel to AIG. Objections can be filed within 7 days.
