Cabinet reshuffled in Madhesh Province

The Council of Ministers in Madhesh Province was reshuffled on Thursday by Province Chief Surendra Labh Karn, based on the recommendation of Chief Minister Krishna Prasad Yadav. Following the reshuffle, Chief Minister Yadav will also oversee the Ministries of Finance, Education and Culture, Physical Infrastructure Development and Sports, and Social Welfare. Other ministerial appointments include Jangi Lal Yadav as Minister for Health and Population, Jawaharlal Kushwaha as Minister for Energy, Irrigation and Drinking Water, and several others to various portfolios. Mahammad Samir was assigned as minister without portfolio.
