Opposition Parties Protest in Parliament, Alternative Development Finance Bill Passed

Opposition parties CPN-UML, Communist Party of Nepal, and Rastriya Prajatantra Party surrounded the well in the House of Representatives, stating that the Prime Minister's question-and-answer session, mandated by rule, had not been implemented. MPs from the Labor Culture Party left the session. Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal conducted the session amidst the protest, and the 'Alternative Development Finance Mobilization Bill, 2082' was passed by the House of Representatives. Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle presented the bill, which was passed by a majority of the ruling party MPs.
