The second meeting of the Nepal–Norway Bilateral Consultation Mechanism reviewed Nepal-Norway relations, reaffirming commitment to enhance cooperation. Nepal appreciated Norway's development support and shared its priorities on good governance, anti-corruption, and economic goals in hydropower, tourism, and IT. Discussions focused on collaboration in education, renewable energy, climate resilience, and the green economy, including clean energy transition and electric mobility. Nepal requested Norwegian engagement in hydropower generation and transmission networks, and both sides deliberated on regional and global issues, including Sustainable Development Goals and multilateralism.
