President Ramchandra Paudel has removed Harkaraj Rai from his position as the Secretary of the House of Representatives, following a recommendation from Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal. The removal is effective from Tuesday, 29 Baishakh 2083, and is in accordance with Section 6, Clause (e) of the Act Relating to the Remuneration, Terms of Service, and Facilities of the Secretary General of the Federal Parliament, the Secretary of the House of Representatives, and the Secretary of the National Assembly, 2075 BS.
