Newly appointed House of Representatives (HoR) Secretary Prakash Adhikari took the oath of office and secrecy, administered by Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal at the Federal Parliament Secretariat. President Ramchandra Paudel had appointed Adhikari to the position on Wednesday, based on the Speaker's recommendation.
