Supreme Court orders no arrest of Deuba couple

The Supreme Court issued an interim order preventing the arrest of former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and his wife Arzu Rana Deuba. The order was issued by Justices Mahesh Sharma Paudel and Nityananda Pandey, stating that cases investigated by the Department of Money Laundering Investigation should be handled by the Special Court, not the Kathmandu District Court which issued the arrest warrant.
