Founded by Dr Bhagawan Koirala, the hospital aims to offer complete healthcare for children under one roof, with fees similar to government hospitals and free treatment for those unable to pay. The hospital is structured with child-friendly facilities and advanced medical equipment, including NICU and PICU units.
