7,200 tourists visit Manang in a month
A total of 7,200 tourists visited Manang in the month of Baisakh (mid-April to mid-May 2026), according to statistics from ACAP Manang. Of these, 969 were from SAARC countries, with India contributing the highest number of visitors. Additionally, 6,231 tourists from other foreign countries visited Manang, with Israel sending the most visitors. Tourism entrepreneurs attribute the increase to favorable weather, route improvements, and the appeal of Himalayan scenery.
