Pedestrian dies after being hit by bus in Jaleshwor

A 75-year-old pedestrian, Chandeshwor Sah, died after being struck by a passenger bus in Jaleshwor. The incident occurred at Matihani Chowk when the bus, en route from Jaleshwor to Janakpur, hit Sah. He was taken to Provincial Hospital Janakpur for treatment but succumbed to his injuries. The bus driver, Satyanarayan Yadav, has been taken into custody by the District Police Office for further investigation.
