Industry Minister Gauri Kumari Claims Confusion Over MRP Implementation Removed

Industry, Commerce and Supplies Minister Gauri Kumari stated that confusion regarding the implementation of Maximum Retail Price (MRP) has been resolved through regular coordination with stakeholders. The government has approved an action plan for effective MRP and import regulation, assigning the Customs Department the responsibility to ensure imported goods have MRP. The Ministry also reported success in removing obstacles to exporting Nepali tea to India.
