A six-year-old girl, Namuna Chepang, has died in Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality after consuming wild mushrooms. Two siblings, Sajan and Manita Chepang, are in critical condition at Bharatpur Hospital. The family ate the mushrooms on Tuesday, and villagers only became aware of the severity after Namuna's death, prompting the hospitalization of the other children.
