Two women in Palpa district have died after consuming wild mushrooms collected from a nearby forest. Binimaya Kamu Magar and Bal Kumari Khamcha died during treatment for vomiting and diarrhea. Another woman, Yam Maya Jargha Magar, is in critical condition. Twelve other people in Palpa have also fallen ill from consuming poisonous mushrooms.
