Two individuals in Palpa district, Binimaya Kamu Magar and Balkumari Khamcha, have died after consuming wild mushrooms. Both experienced severe vomiting and diarrhea and passed away during treatment. Another woman, Yammaya Jhargha Magar, remains in critical condition. Additionally, 12 others in the Palpa region have fallen ill from consuming poisonous wild mushrooms.
