Ministry forms 15-member task force to manage human–wildlife conflict

The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock Development and Environment has established a 15-member technical task force to address the escalating human-wildlife conflict nationwide. This initiative aims to mitigate damage caused by wild animals, enhance relevant policies and programs, and strengthen local-level implementation. The task force will conduct research, review the current situation, recommend policy reforms, and implement sample projects at selected pilot sites.
