126MW Lower Seti Hydropower Project to be Constructed in Tanahun

A 126 MW Lower Seti Hydropower Project will be constructed in Tanahun with 227 million US dollars from the Asian Development Bank, comprising 30 percent equity and 70 percent loan. The dam will be located in Bandipur-6 and Devghat Rural Municipality-3, with the powerhouse and main tunnel in Devghat Rural Municipality-3 and 4. Land acquisition for the powerhouse and staff quarters is in progress.
