Woman serving life sentence arrested three days after escaping Sundhara prison

A 25-year-old inmate, Sapana Tamang, serving a life sentence for theft and murder, has been arrested three days after escaping from Sundhara prison. Tamang reportedly climbed over the prison wall to escape. She had previously escaped during the Gen Z movement protests and was recaptured. This time, she was apprehended from Asan by the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office.
