Nepal Approves IPO Sales for 24 Companies

The Nepal Securities Board has approved initial public offerings (IPOs) for 24 companies, allowing the sale of approximately 91.18 million ordinary shares worth Rs 9.11 billion. Hydropower projects dominate the approved list with 15 companies, followed by seven from manufacturing and processing, one development bank, and one hotel and tourism company. Currently, 98 other companies are awaiting IPO approval.
