A three-member committee, chaired by former judge Shankar Raj Baral, has been formed to investigate disputes related to land transactions for the Pokhara Bus Park. The committee will review decisions, land transactions, and compensation records over the past 51 years concerning 187 ropani of land. This action follows allegations of improper compensation and irregularities in the distribution process. Additionally, two committees have been formed to identify genuine landless and squatter families in the bus park area.
