Two Female Armed Police Climbers Honored for Everest and Lhotse Ascents

The Armed Police Force honored two female mountaineers, Assistant Inspector Nim Diki Sherpa and Assistant Havildar Anita Karki, for their record-breaking ascents of Sagarmatha and Lhotse Himal. Inspector General Narayan Dutt Poudel congratulated them for hoisting the national and organizational flag at the Himalayas' summit. Sherpa climbed Sagarmatha and Lhotse, while Karki climbed Sagarmatha, marking a historic achievement as the first female climbers from the Armed Police Force to do so.
