Extreme Heat in Sudurpashchim and Lumbini, Rain in Hilly Areas

Extreme heat is expected in the Terai regions of Sudurpashchim and Lumbini provinces, with temperatures predicted to reach 39-41 degrees Celsius in Dhangadhi. While western Terai cities face 'hot day' conditions with no rain, hilly and eastern parts of the country are forecast to experience thunderstorms and moderate rain.
