Two children die after consuming wild mushrooms in Chitwan

Two individuals, a 9-year-old girl and an 11-year-old boy from the same family in Kulbang, Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality, Chitwan, have died after consuming wild mushrooms. Five family members ate the mushrooms on May 12, and three were hospitalized on May 15. The girl died during treatment on May 15, and the boy passed away on Saturday night.
