Armed Police DIG Anjani Kumar Pokharel has been recommended for promotion to Armed Police Additional Inspector General (AIG). The promotion committee meeting held on Tuesday recommended Pokharel for promotion to the vacant post. Pokharel is currently the chief of the Armed Police's Bagmati Province.
