Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', coordinator of the Nepali Communist Party (NCP), stated that his party would join a government in Madhes Province if it is formed based on an all-party consensus. He indicated that the party is not inclined to form a government in alliance with the Nepali Congress and the CPN (UML), and has not entertained separate proposals from them for government formation in Madhes.
