Japan and UNFPA Inaugurate Climate-Resilient Health Post in Jajarkot

A climate-resilient health post, the Bhur Health Post, was jointly inaugurated in Bheri Municipality, Jajarkot, by officials from the Government of Nepal, UNFPA, and the Japanese Embassy. Funded by the Japanese government and implemented by UNFPA, the project aims to improve maternal and child health services and adaptability in Nepal, making the facility better equipped to withstand climate-related shocks.
