Wild Mushroom Poisoning Claims Two Lives in Chitwan; Two Critically Ill

Two individuals, identified as 9-year-old Namuna Chepang and 11-year-old Sanjay Chepang, have died in Chitwan district after consuming wild mushrooms. Two other family members, Sajan Chepang and Manita Chepang, have fallen critically ill and are receiving treatment at Bharatpur Hospital. The family reportedly ate wild mushrooms on April 29, with symptoms appearing on May 1.
