One Dies After Eating Wild Mushrooms, Two Critically Ill

A six-year-old girl, Namuna Chepang, has died after consuming wild mushrooms in Kulbang, Ichhakamana-1. Two other family members, Sajan Chepang and Manita Chepang, are critically ill and receiving treatment at Bharatpur Hospital. The family had eaten mushrooms last Tuesday, and the severity of their condition became apparent after Namuna's death.
