Three children from the Chepang community died after falling critically ill from suspected wild mushroom poisoning in Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality–1, Kulbang. The deceased, siblings Namuna, Sanjay, and Manita Chepang, consumed wild mushrooms collected from a nearby forest on May 12. Two children have been cremated, and preparations are underway for the third.
