Chinese climber Gexi Luori achieves historic Everest and Lhotse double summit

Chinese climber Gexi Luori has successfully scaled Mount Everest and Mount Lhotse twice each within a single spring season, a historic first in Himalayan mountaineering. Operating under Seven Summit Treks, Luori completed these ascents over 10 days, setting a new milestone for consecutive ascents of Mount Everest with less than 10 days between his two summits of the world's highest peak.
