NHRC recommends investigation into three RSP lawmakers

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has recommended that the government investigate three lawmakers from the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) for alleged involvement in human rights violations during the Gen Z protests on Bhadra 23 and 24. A report coordinated by NHRC member Lili Thapa, submitted to the Prime Minister’s Office, calls for a detailed probe into the roles of Rajiv Khatri, Som Sharma, and Shiva Yadav. If found guilty, legal action is recommended.
