The Lumbini Provincial Government has spent only 39.91 percent of its total budget in the first 10 months of the current fiscal year. With only two months remaining, the budget expenditure situation is weak, particularly concerning capital expenditure for development. The provincial government spokesperson expressed confidence that the total expenditure would reach around 70 percent by the fiscal year's end.
