The government's capital expenditure remains below 30 percent with two months left in the fiscal year, totaling Rs. 113.84 billion, or 27.91 percent of the annual budget. This expenditure rate is lower than the previous fiscal year. Recurrent expenditure stands at 68.98 percent of the allocated budget, and financing expenditure is at 65.3 percent. A budget deficit of Rs. 161 billion has been recorded.
