Pokhara Metropolis Issues Ultimatum to Remove Structures from Phirke Riverbank by June 9

Pokhara Metropolitan City has issued an ultimatum for structures within the Phirke Riverbank to be removed by June 9, following a previous notice and legal challenges. A technical committee demarcated the river boundaries and identified 160 illegally constructed structures, including private, institutional, and government buildings. The metropolis is determined to remove these structures and recover costs if not vacated by the deadline.
