Three Children Die After Eating Wild Mushrooms in Ichchhakamana

Three children from the same family in Kulbang, Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality-1, Chitwan, have died after falling seriously ill from eating wild mushrooms. The deceased, aged nine, eleven, and thirteen, were part of a family of five who consumed the mushrooms on Baisakh 29. Two children died at home, while the third passed away during treatment at Bharatpur Hospital. The parents of the deceased children are reported to be safe.
